Prudential Collaborates with Flexible Pass to Promote Fitness and Healthy Living in Myanmar

In line with its “We DO” ethos, Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance Ltd. (“Prudential Myanmar”), a wholly-owned business unit of leading pan-Asia life insurer Prudential Corporation Asia, is joining hands with Flexible Pass, Myanmar’s leading fitness and wellness app, in an exclusive, digital-led collaboration to roll out a series of initiatives that promote healthy and active lifestyles for families and communities in Myanmar.

Founded in 2017, Flexible Pass provides users access to over 180 locations in Yangon, Mandalay and Pyin Oo Lwin which offer fitness and wellness activities across more than 30 different categories. The platform serves more than 1,000 active users who make more than 2,500 bookings of fitness activities per month using Flexible Pass points, which offer cost savings compared to the normal rates offered by fitness outlets.

In line with their commitment to promote healthy lifestyles, Prudential Myanmar and Flexible Pass will soon be launching a series of joint initiatives, including offering discounted Flexible Pass points for Prudential Myanmar customers and co-hosting health and fitness activities for the public. Additionally, Prudential Myanmar is making wellness a priority for its employees and has taken up a corporate package with Flexible Pass to provide all employees with Flexible Pass points which they can use to enjoy fitness and wellness activities.

It has been recognised as a leading innovative platform, winning the Startup of the Year (2017) and Best HealthTech Startup of the Year (2017 & 2018) awards from the Myanmar Rice Bowl Startup Awards and also won the award for Founder Of the Year (2019).
